% 09.11.2017 The counsel for the appellant submits, on instructions, that he may be allowed to withdraw the present appeal.

The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

By order dated 07.04.2016, the insurance company had been directed to deposit the entire awarded with the Tribunal within the period specified and the said amount was directed to be put in interest bearing account for a period of six months with provision for auto renewal. The amount thus, deposited with accrued interest shall be released to the claimant in terms of the judgment of the Tribunal.

The statutory deposit shall be refunded.
