% 27.11.2015 Defendant no. 2 is present in Court for himself and also for his wife, that is, defendant no.1.

Parties have settled their disputes before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre on the terms and conditions as stipulated in the Settlement Agreement dated 25th August, 2015 which is marked as Mark 'C-1', which has been signed by the plaintiff as well as defendants.

Defendant no.2 has signed for himself and also for and on behalf of defendant no.1 being her Attorney. Photocopy of Irrevocable General Power of Attorney issued by the defendant no.1 in favour of defendant no.2 is annexed with Mark 'C-1'.

Parties shall remain bound by the terms of Mark 'C-1'.

Accordingly, suit is disposed of in terms of Mark 'C-1'.

Since parties have settled their disputes through the process of mediation, let court fee be refunded to the plaintiff and necessary certificate in this regard be issued by the Registry.
