The petitioner herein, on whose behest the FIR in question was registered, seeks cancellation of bail granted to respondent No.2. 2.

It is submitted that after the grant of bail, the accused had tried to influence and threaten the complainant/petitioner. 3.

Learned Counsel for the accused appears on advance notice and submits that the case is already at the stage of final arguments and arguments are scheduled to be heard on 4th instant.

After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, does not press the present petition. He, however, seeks liberty to highlight the abovesaid aspect before the learned Trial Court if, eventually, conviction is recorded and the Court hears argument on sentence.

The present petition is disposed of as not pressed. 7.

Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
