The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the Interim Resolution Professional has been appointed by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) in proceedings instituted under the Insolvency Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and, therefore, there is currently a moratorium for proceedings against the respondent. He seeks to withdraw the present application with liberty to file afresh.
