% 08.04.2016 Present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus thereby directing respondents no.1 to 3 to produce his daughter, namely, Ms.Prabha @ Shalu before this Court. It is claimed in the petition that Ms.Prabha @ Shalu is in illegal custody of respondents no.4 and 5. On the first date of hearing i.e. 6.4.2016, when the matter was listed before this Court, Ms.Prabha @ Shalu was produced in Court. She had stated that she has married Mr.Romil Aggarwal. On 6.4.2016, we had also taken up the matter in the Chamber and interacted with Mr.Romil Aggarwal and Ms.Prabha @ Shalu. After, hearing Mr.Romil Aggarwal and Ms.Prabha, we deemed it appropriate to direct the parents of Mr.Romil Aggarwal and Ms.Prabha to
remain present in Court today.
Today, parents of Mr.Romil Aggarwal and Ms.Prabha @ Shalu are present in Court and they have also interacted with each other. We are informed that reception of Mr.Romil Agarwal and Ms.Prabha has been fixed for 12.4.2016. The parents of Mr.Romil Aggarwal have graciously invited the parents of Ms.Prabha on the reception. The invitation has been duly accepted by the parents of Ms.Prabha @ Shalu, who have stated that they will remain present in the reception.
In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not wish to press the present petition.
Accordingly, present petition stands dismissed as not pressed. Let a copy of this order be given DASTI under the signature of Court Master to the counsel for the parties. Let a copy of this order be also brought to the notice of the SHO of the concerned Police Station, who will ensure that there is no breach of peace on the date of reception.
