% 26.04.2016 Grievance of the petitioner is that application under Section 74(4) of the Delhi Land Reforms Act, 1954 filed by the petitioner's deceased husband before the respondent no. 2 is still pending despite the fact that about three decades have passed since then. It is alleged in the petition that application was filed in the year 1986 but was lost in the office of respondent no. 2.

Accordingly, petitioner's husband filed another application in the year 1992 and the same is still pending and is listed before the Revenue Assistant on 11th May, 2016. Accordingly, this writ petition is

disposed of with the directions to respondent no. 2 to dispose of the application/representations expeditiously and preferably within four months. Dasti.
