% 19.05.2016 Mr Mir, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw this petition as the same may have been rendered infructuous in view of subsequent developments.
The petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly. However, after hearing learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner as well as learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent No.2, it is considered appropriate to request the concerned court where the application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, filed on behalf of the respondent No.2 is pending, to hear and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law.
