% 06.09.2016 CS(OS) 753/2015 Case file has been taken up today pursuant to order dated 23.08.2016 of learned Registrar (Original) on the basis of order dated 10.08.2016 of learned District & Sessions Judge (South), Saket Court, New Delhi, wherein it is mentioned that area of Lodhi Road falls within the jurisdiction of South East District and not South District. In view of the same, the ministerial order dated 23.02.2016 for transfer of present matter to South District, Saket Court, Delhi, is modified.

In view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. Dated 24.11.2015, the present matter stands transferred. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge, South East District, Saket Court Complex, Delhi on 21.09.2016 at 10.00 a.m. Learned counsel for plaintiff undertakes that he shall inform learned counsel for defendant in this regard in writing.
