% 20.01.2016 O.A. No.315/2015 (Chamber Appeal against the order dated 8th July, 2015, by D-2) With the consent of the parties, all the subsequent documents filed by the parties are taken on the record. The appeal is accordingly disposed of.

CS(OS) No.2076/2014, I.A. No.12868/2014 (u/o XXXIX R.1 & 2 CPC), by plaintiff and I.A. No.5311/2015 (u/o XXXIX R.4 CPC) The plaintiff filed the suit for permanent and mandatory injunction.

The valuation of the suit is Rs.20,00,500/-.

In view of Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015 and the order passed on 24th November, 2015, the suit is transferred to the jurisdiction of District Judge (South), Saket Courts, New Delhi. Parties to appear before the concerned Court on 23rd February, 2016.

Interim order to continue, in the meanwhile.
