Today the petitioner is seeking further extension of parole on the ground that though surgery of his mother, Ms.Barsati Devi has been performed but she is still in dire need of due care and had to be taken to the Doctor regularly.

The treatment record filed in support of this ground for extension of parole have been verified by the State wherein it is mentioned that his mother is under treatment of Maharaja Agrasen Hospital, Punjabi Bagh, Delhi. She was admitted in that hospital on 31st March, 2016 and as per discharge summary, surgical procedure (re-exploration, decompression and fixation cranioplasty) was performed on her on 6th April, 2016. Thereafter, she was discharged on 13th April, 2016 in stable condition. 3.

Taking into consideration the circumstances explained, the parole W.P.(CRL) 1141/2016

granted to the petitioner is extended for a further period of two weeks with effect from the date the parole earlier extended is going to expire on the same terms and conditions as mentioned in order dated 14th March, 2016 passed in W.P.(Crl.) No.701/2016.

Writ petition stands disposed of in above terms. 5.

A copy of this order be given dasti under the signature of the Court Master.
