After arguments, counsel for the plaintiff seeks permission to withdraw the suit inasmuch as it is stated that a fresh suit will be filed on the cause of action that the suit properties in fact belonged to the father of the plaintiff and father of the plaintiff has died intestate without leaving behind any valid Will, and therefore, the plaintiff as a daughter and legal heir of her father is entitled to her appropriate share in the properties left behind by her father.
