Learned counsel appearing for the applicant (New Delhi Municipal Council) submits that while finally disposing of WP(C) No. 4084/2018, this Court vide order dated 9th August, 2019 directed New Delhi Municipal Council as well as other statutory bodies to maintain proper lighting at Aman Vihar Police Station area. Learned counsel the for applicant further submits that as the Aman Vihar area falls within the jurisdiction of North Delhi Municipal Corporation, therefore, direction for maintaining proper lighting may be given to North Delhi Municipal Corporation only.

In view of the above submissions, we hereby modify paragraph 3(vi) of the order dated 9th August, 2019 to the following effect: "3(vi) We also direct:
(a) New Delhi Municipal Council;
(b) North Delhi Municipal Corporation;
(c) South Delhi Municipal Corporation;
(d) East Delhi Municipal Corporation;
(e) Delhi Cantonment Board;
(f) Public Works Department;
(g) Railways To maintain proper lighting at their respective areas and North Delhi Municipal Corporation shall maintain proper lighting at Aman Vihar Police Station area (h) We also request the NCT of Delhi to ensure proper lighting at Aman Vihar Police Station area, if North Delhi Municipal Corporation fails in discharging its duties." 3.
The aforesaid modified paragraph shall be replaced with paragraph 3(vi) of our earlier order dated 9th August, 2019 passed in WP(C) No. 4084/2018. Rest of the order dated 9th August, 2019 passed in WP(C) No. 4084/2018 is maintained as it is. Registry is hereby directed to send the copy of this order to all the aforementioned statutory bodies.

With these modifications, this civil miscellaneous application is allowed and is disposed of.
