This petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India impugns the order [dated 7th January, 2016 in RCT No.100/2013 (UID No.02401C0146042013) of the Court of Rent Control Tribunal (Central), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi] of dismissal of the appeal preferred by the petitioner against the order dated 20th February, 2013 in E No.223/2011 of the Court of Additional Rent Controller (Central), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi under Section 15(1) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958. 2.

Though this petition has been listed more than half a dozen times but notice thereof even has not been ordered to be issued as yet. 3.

None appears for the petitioner.
