% 21.03.2017 Crl.M.A.No.1124/2017 (Exemption) (1) Exemption allowed subject to all just exceptions. (2) The application stands disposed of.

Crl.M.A.No.1121/2017 (1) Vide order dated 24.05.2016, the substantive sentence of the petitioner was suspended till the disposal of the appeal on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of `50,000/- with one surety in the like amount. The petitioner could not furnish the surety due to poverty. Vide order dated 20.07.2016, this amount was reduced to from `50,000/- to `30,000/-. Again, present application has been BAIL APPLN. 781/2016

moved for reduction of surety amount as the petitioner could not furnish the required surety due to his poor economic condition and has remained in custody since then.

(2) In the interest of justice and to enable the petitioner to take the benefit of the said order, the surety amount is reduced from `30,000/- to `15,000/-. The other terms and conditions of the said order shall remain the same.

(3) The application stands disposed of.
