The said application was filed in a Bail Application No. 4353/2015 captioned Sayed Jakir Hussain v. S.M. Habibul Haque and Others, arising from FIR No. 151/2013 under Sections 354D/506 of the IPC registered with PS Safdarjung Enclave."
