The petitioner has filed the present application under Section 27 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereafter 'the Act'), inter alia, praying that the Record Clerk with the office of the Deputy General Manager (Estate), HSIIDC, Kundli, Dist. Sonipat, Haryana be summoned along with the entire record relating to the allotment of plot bearing no.38, HSIIDC, Industrial Estate, Phase IV, Kundli, Dist. Sonipat, Haryana. 3.
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has also drawn the attention of this Court to the order dated 11.04.2018 passed by the Arbitral Tribunal permitting the petitioner to seek assistance of this Court for summoning the witnesses along with the relevant records. 4.
In view of the order passed by the Arbitral Tribunal, it is directed that
the summons be issued to the Record Clerk with the office of the Deputy General Manager (Estate), HSIIDC, Kundli, Dist. Sonipat, Haryana to appear before the Arbitral Tribunal on 16.05.2018 along with the entire record relating to the allotment of plot bearing no.38, HSIIDC, Industrial Estate, Phase IV, Kundli, Dist. Sonipat, Haryana. The said documents would also include proceedings in respect of the change in the constitution of Sonal Offset Press (the allottee).

Dasti summons may also be issued in addition. 6.
