W.P.(C) 3124/2016 & CM No.13347/2016 By way of present petition the petitioner, inter alia, seeks directions to respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment to the post of Deputy Director General (Scientist-F) against the vacant posts.

The petitioner, who is present in Court, submits that he has applied for the post of Deputy Director General (Scientist-F) and appeared for interview for the said post on 19.03.2016. The petitioner also submits that the result of the interview has not been declared. After some arguments, the petitioner seeks permission to

withdraw the present petition and application with liberty to file a fresh petition, if required, after declaration of result. Statement of the petitioner-Dr. Surendra Kumar Yadav has been recorded separately in this regard.

As prayed, the petition as well as application are dismissed as withdrawn.
