The substantive prayer made in the application is as follows: "The delay in depositing of FDR's in 18 days be condoned and the petitioner be permitted to deposit FDR in Court." 4.
The captioned application is allowed. The applicant-petitioner is granted a week‟s time to deposit the original FDR in terms of order dated 23.4.2018.
