% 24.05.2016 This is an appeal against the judgment and order dated 08.05.2012 passed by learned Additional District Judge, Delhi in LAC No.11/2012 in respect of Award No.224/1986-87 pertaining to revenue estate of Village Bahapur.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that this appeal shall be governed by the judgment delivered in Bhola Nath Sharma through LRs vs. Union of India Through LAC & Anr. (LA. APP.109/2013) and Anand Prakash & Ors. vs. Union of India & Ors. (LA. APP.76/2013) by this court on 23.03.2016.

The aforesaid factual position is not disputed by the counsel for the respondents.

The present appeal is thus allowed and disposed of in terms of the judgment Bhola Nath Sharma through LRs vs. Union of India Through LAC & Anr.
