Learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, submitted that in view of the judgment in Crl.M.C.6466/2018 titled Ms. Shashi Adlakha vs. Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd., 2019 SCC Online Del 7160 pronounced by this Court, he may be allowed to withdraw the petition with the liberty to raise all the contentions before the Trial Court. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Pending application is also dismissed as withdrawn. 2.

It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the present petition.
