% 23.04.2018 Respondent no.2 is present in the Court and has been identified by ASI Raghubir Prasad of police station Naraina. She says that she has settled the matter with the petitioner no.1 before Delhi Mediation Centre, Rohini Courts, Delhi on 17th February, 2018. Respondent no. 2 says that in view of settlement, she is not willing to pursue criminal proceedings against the petitioners and she has no objection in case FIR No.594/2015 under sections 354A/509 IPC registered at police station Naraina is quashed against the petitioners.

Keeping in mind the facts and circumstances as detailed above, in the interest of justice, the aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
