CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MANMOHAN

O R D E R

% 25.04.2016 In the present writ petition it has been averred that Sanskrit paper in the First Professional Examination held in July 2015 and the Supplementary paper held in December 2015 were not in accord with Clause 10 of the Central Council of Indian Medicine Notification dated 25th April, 2012. However, this Court finds that before filing the present writ petition, the petitioner had not even made a representation to the said effect to respondent-University.

Consequently, present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to petitioner to first raise his grievance before the respondent-University. The representation, if filed within a period of one week, shall be disposed of by respondent-University within a further period of two weeks by way of a

reasoned order in accordance with its regulations. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and all rights and contentions of parties are left open. Order dasti.
