% 28.03.2017 This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. moved by the petitioner for quashing of Criminal Complaint No.120/1/13 under Sections 500/506/509 IPC and summoning order dated 10.12.2013. It is submitted by learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner that the respondent No.2 has made the complaint qua against the present petitioner and on the basis of said complaint the Trial Court has passed the impugned order dated 10.12.2013. He further submits that thereafter the matter between the parties has been settled amicably and the same has been reduced into writing vide Settlement dated 17.03.2016. He also submits that since nothing remains to be adjudicated further, the present complaint may be quashed.

The respondent No.2 is present in person and has been identified by her counsel Mr.H.K. Sethi, Adv. She admits that she has amicably resolved

all disputes with the petitioner voluntarily without there being any threat, coercion or pressure of any sort. She also submits that she has no objection, if the present complaint is quashed.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances, since the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and nothing is to be adjudicated further, I deem it appropriate to quash the complaint in question. Consequently, to meet the ends of justice, the Criminal Complaint No.120/1/13 under Sections 500/506/509 IPC and summoning order dated 10.12.2013 are quashed.
