% 23.05.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the parties have entered into a Settlement Agreement on 1.3.2018 before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. Parties have also fulfilled the terms and conditions of the Settlement Agreement. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would like to withdraw the petition. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn accordingly.
