BAIL APPLN. 740/2016 Vide instant application, petitioner seeks extension of interim bail period for six weeks granted to him by this Court in Bail Application No.654/2016 vide order dated 22.03.2016. In view of the averments made in the instant application and submissions of learned counsel for parties as well as the status report the wife of petitioner remained hospitalized for 2-3 more days and will be discharged today.

Keeping in view the health condition of wife of petitioner, I hereby extend the interim bail period for another ten days on the same terms and conditions as was imposed vide order dated 22.03.2016. In view of above terms, instant petition is allowed and disposed of.
