By this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 22/2018 under Sections 308/34 IPC registered at PS Nangloi on the complaint of Manisha W/O Pramod Kumar.

The complainant in the above noted FIR stated that she had a dispute with the neighbour, i.e. the petitioner herein, on trivial issue. On 23rd January, 2018 when the complainant's father-in-law had some talk with neighbour in front of their house, suddenly Veermati pushed her father-inlaw and when she along with her sister-in-law, Rani tried to save her fatherin-law, Veermati picked up a brick and threw the brick on her due to which she sustained injuries. In the meantime, Vickey and Bimlesh, son and daughter, respectively of Veermati came in between and a quarrel ensued between the parties. in-law also sustained injuries.

Learned APP for the States submits that injury on the complainant has been opined to be simple in nature.

A perusal of the status report also reveals that in the process of quarrel, petitioner also received injury and FIR No. 21/2018 under Sections 308/34 IPC was registered on the complaint of the petitioner. 5.

Considering the facts noted above and the fact that Veermati received injuries and has already joined the investigation, this Court deems it fit to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

It is, therefore, directed that in the event of arrest the petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety bond of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/SHO concerned, further subject to the condition that the petitioner will join the investigation as and when directed by the Investigating Officer and will not leave the country without prior permission of the Court concerned and in case of change of residential address the same will be intimated to the Court concerned by way of an affidavit. 7.

Petition is disposed of.
