% 22.11.2017 The counsel for the appellant submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the appeal.

The appeal and the pending applications are accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.

In terms of order dated 18.07.2012, the insurance company had been directed to deposit the entire awarded amount with up-to-date interest with UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch. By subsequent orders dated 18.02.2013 and 14.05.2013, 50% of the amount deposited was permitted to be released to the claimants. The balance shall also now be released to the claimants in terms of the judgment of the tribunal.

The statutory deposit of the insurance company shall be refunded, after proof of deposit is furnished. R.K.GAUBA, J NOVEMBER 22, 2017/yg
