% 22.11.2017 The counsel for the appellant submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the appeal.

The appeal and the pending application are accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.

In terms of order dated 18.07.2012, the insurance company had been directed to deposit 75% of the awarded amount with up-to-date interest with UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch. By a subsequent order dated 23.05.2014, the amount deposited was permitted to be released to the claimants. The insurance company will be obliged to deposit the balance of its liability under the award by requisite deposit with the tribunal within 30 days making it available to be released to the claimants.

The statutory deposit of the insurance company shall be refunded, after proof of deposit is furnished. R.K.GAUBA, J NOVEMBER 22, 2017/yg
