Learned counsel for respondent No.2 states that a unitized sub-station has been installed in place of the existing transformer at Chanakya Marg, Chhajjupur Road, Babarpur, Shahdara, Delhi.

In view of the aforesaid statement, present writ petition is disposed of as satisfied.
