Learned counsel representing the Petitioners admits that, in view of the subsequent decision taken by the Commissioner of Police, Delhi, on 18.05.2022, there has been a merger of the Ambulance Cadre Staff of Delhi Police with analogous and identically designated posts in the Executive Cadre of the Delhi Police. 2.
However, learned counsel representing the Petitioners submits that the merger has not been effected with the analogous posts. This aspect was never taken up before the Central Administrative Tribunal [hereinafter referred to as 'CAT']. Since the notification dated 18.05.2022 was issued pursuant to the direction of the CAT, hence, if the Petitioners have any grievance, they shall have liberty to file fresh Original Application (O.A.) before the CAT in order to challenge the validity of the order dated 18.05.2022.

Keeping in view the fact that the matter has been pending for a considerable period, the CAT shall make an endeavor to dispose of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. any such petition, if filed, expeditiously.

In view of the above, the present Writ Petition, along with pending application, is disposed of.
