Mr. Kapil Jain, Managing Partner of Jensons International is present in Court and he submits that he took over as Managing Partner of the petitioner firm in the year 2006 whereas this case relates to the period prior to that.

Mr. Kapil Jain submits that without prejudice to the petitioner's rights and contentions, the award amount deposited by the petitioner be released to the respondents in full and final settlement and this statement should not be construed as an admission of the liability of the petitioner in this case or any other similar case.

Respondents, Garib Dass and Ram Jatan are present in Court along with their counsel and they have no objection to close this matter on the statement made by petitioner.

This writ petition and the pending application are disposed of in terms of the aforesaid statement by the petitioner. However, the statement made by the petitioner before this Court shall not be treated as an admission of his liability.

The amount deposited by the petitioner be released to three respondents in equal shares in full and final settlement of their claims. The Registry shall see the original Aadhar Card and retain a copy of the Aadhar Card before releasing the payment to three workers. 5.

This Court appreciates the stand taken by Mr. Kapil Jain, Managing Partner of the petitioner in resolving this matter relating to three poor persons before this Court.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
