% 11.05.2018 After some hearing, the counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and the applications filed therewith with liberty to raise all objections including on the question of limitation qua additional prayer in the amended plaint at the trial. It is clarified that nothing observed in the impugned order dated 02.02.2018 allowing amendment of the plaint shall be treated as final expression of opinion on merits of the case.
