% 08.04.2016 Mr. Vasisth, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the concerned Magistrate, under Section 156 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 with an appropriate application, in accordance with law, in the first instance. Leave and liberty granted.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly. However, in view of the apprehension expressed on behalf of the petitioner, the concerned Police Station is directed to afford adequate security to him, after assessing the threat perception, in accordance with law.
