% 20.11.2018 The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent No. 2 to process and decide the application of the petitioner for grant of final recognition for remaining one unit of D.EL.Ed. Course under Regulation 7 (16) of National Council for Teacher Education (Recognition Norms & Procedure) Regulations, 2014.

Keeping in view the reasons stated in the present writ petition and the submissions made on behalf of petitioner, I hereby direct the respondents to treat the instant writ petition as a representation made by the petitioner and decide the same by way of a reasoned order within a period of eight weeks from today in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid directions, the present writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
