% 04.05.2018 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner concedes that he is neither aware nor able to obtain any medical certificate from any authority, which would determine the percentage of disability from which the petitioner is stated to be suffering. He, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to move the Tribunal with a fresh application, in case, he is able to get such a certificate from any competent medical authority. The writ petition alongwith pending application stands dismissed with liberty as prayed for.
