% 25.05.2018 Further status report is tendered in Court today which is taken on record. The son of the petitioner Hari Shankar has been located at Tamil Nadu and produced today. Hari Shankar states that he does not wish to return to his parental home and reside with his parents. However, with the view to mend his relationship with his family members, he is ready and willing to undertake mediation.

Let the petitioner with her husband, who are both present, and Hari Shankar proceed to the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre forthwith.

The Centre is requested to nominate an experienced mediator who can counsel both the sides to value their relationship so that an amicable settlement could be arrived at.

The mediation report may be sent to the Court and placed on record. However, no further orders are called in the present petition. The same stands disposed of.
