O R D E R

% 27.02.2019 These winding up petitions have been filed under sections 433, 434 and 439 of the Companies Act, 1956.

I am told that against the respondent company NCLT has appointed an IRP on 05.01.2019 and has issued moratorium under section 14 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.

It was put by some of the learned counsel for the petitioners that it would be appropriate that these matters be transferred to NCLT as one court should deal with the issues regarding the respondent company. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that they have no objection in case these matters are transferred to NCLT. Accordingly, under section 434 of the Companies Act, 2013, I transfer these matters to NCLT. Registry may take appropriate steps to have these matters transferred to NCLT.

List these matters before NCLT on 26.03.2019. JAYANT NATH, J.
