% 08.07.2017 During the course of negotiations both sides have agreed to settle the dispute for an amount of Rs.7,50,000/- over and above the award payable by the insurance company to the appellant/claimant, in appeal for enhancement preferred by the appellant, towards full and final settlement of the present claim. The amount be deposited within 30 days by the insurance company before the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee lest interest @ 9% on the aforesaid amount shall be granted from the date of default. On the amount so deposited, it shall be so released to the claimant after completion of formalities. In view of above, nothing more remains to be done in this appeal, hence the appeal stands disposed of.
