% 21.02.2024 The present petition is preferred in relation to proceedings initiated under Section 138 NI Act. The petition has raised the issue of jurisdiction. Though the petition has remained pending, the issue of territorial jurisdiction came to be decided long back by the Supreme Court in Dashrath Rupsingh Rathod v. State of Maharashtra reported as (2014) 9 SCC 129. The petition has become infructuous and is disposed of.
