% 11.01.2017 Petitioners have filed this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying therein that respondent nos.1 to 3 be directed to provide police protection to them. It is alleged that petitioners apprehend threat to their life from respondent nos.4 to 6. Respondent no.4 is father of petitioner no.1, respondent no.5 is cousin and respondent no.6 is maternal uncle. It is submitted that petitioner no.1 has married petitioner no.2 on 2nd April, 2016 at Arya Samaj Mandir Vivah Sanskar Trust (Regd.), Khyber Pass, Mall Road, Delhi of her own free will and without the consent of respondent nos.4 to 6. Learned Additional Standing counsel submits that
age of petitioner no.1 has been verified and she is major. He further submits that petitioners have given their address in the petition as L-1058, Near Water Tank, Mangolpuri, Delhi but they were not found living at that address. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners were living at this address at the time of filing of this petition. Now for the last four months, they are living at D-272, Sector-1, Rohini, Delhi. Respondent nos.4 to 6 submit that they have not threatened to petitioners nor do they have any intention to cause harm in any manner to the petitioners. In view of this statement of respondent nos.4 to 6, present petition has not been pressed and is disposed of accordingly.
