% 03.09.2019 The application under Order XXII Rule 3 CPC i.e. C.M. No. 20646/2019 is pending consideration. However, in similar matters, where declaration is sought with regard to release of land under Section 24(2) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 on the aspect of delay and latches in challenging the acquisition proceedings, several other writ petitions have been allowed to be withdrawn with the liberty to re-file the same with sufficient explanation for the delay and latches. The award pertains to 197576 award. Learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition as well as the said application with the liberty
