The parties in this suit for permanent injunction restraining infringement of trade mark, passing off and for ancillary reliefs are stated to have amicably settled all disputes subject matter of this suit on the terms and conditions contained in IA No.4310/2019 stated by the appearing counsels to be signed by the parties/their authorised representatives and supported by their affidavits. Both counsels support the application. 2.

I have perused the compromise arrived at between the parties and find the same to be lawful.

The counsel for the plaintiff, in terms of para 3 (v) of IA No.4310/2019 has handed over a Demand Draft dated 14th March, 2019 of Rs.35,000/- drawn on IDBI Bank Ltd., Mumbai Maharashtra in favour of the defendants to the counsel for the defendants. 4.

IA No.4310/2019 is allowed and disposed of.

A decree is passed in favour of the plaintiff and against the defendants jointly and severally in terms of IA No.4310/2019 which shall form part of the decree sheet, leaving the parties to bear their own costs. 6.

Decree sheet be drawn up.
