% 31.07.2018 The petitioner seeks a speedy investigation into FIR No. 314/2014 registered under sections 406/420/506 IPC at Police Station Hauz Qaji. Ms. Kolluru, the learned counsel for the State submits that the process is being examined by the Trial Court, which has presently not accepted the closure report and has indeed directed examination of some additional documents. In view of the above, further orders in this petition would not be required since statutory remedies are available to the petitioner. The petition is disposed off in the above terms.
