The learned counsel appearing for the respondent - Equestrian Federation of India - states on instructions that the Federation has not decided to send any team to compete in the sport of Dressage as none of the sport persons have qualified the benchmark set by the Federation. 2.

In view of the aforesaid statement, the counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition. She also states on instructions that the petitioner would remove the horse from quarantine at the earliest.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
