Learned senior counsel for the petitioner, under instructions, submits that since the charge sheet has been filed, the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to take his remedies in accordance with law. He, however, submits that the next date before the Trial Court is 18.10.2018 and he wishes to approach the Trial Court for obtaining copy of the charge sheet along with its annexures Crl.M.C.3173/2014
prior to the date fixed by the Trial Court.

In view of the above, the Petition and the pending applications are dismissed as withdrawn.

In case the petitioner moves an application before the Trial Court for supply of copy of the Charge sheet prior to the next date of hearing, the Trial Court shall consider the same in accordance with law.
