By way of this application filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., petitioner is seeking grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 0898/2015, registered under Section 498A/406/313/325/34 IPC (Sections mentioned in the petition), PS Najafgarh.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though mediation has failed in this matter but parties themselves arrived at an amicable settlement. Copy of the settlement has also been placed on record. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that parties are living together.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that in the event of his arrest, petitioner shall be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 25,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of concerned IO/SHO. 5.
Petitioner is directed to join the investigation as and when required by the Investigating Officer.
