O R D E R

% 27.04.2016 Mr. Mukesh Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for North MCD, on instructions of Mr. Ashok Kumar, Licensing Inspector of North MCD, submits that the respondent shall afford an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners on 03rd May, 2016 at 03:00 p.m. in the office of Deputy Commissioner, Civil Lines Zone and thereafter pass a fresh order within a period of one week and the copy of the order shall be communicated to the petitioners within one week thereafter. It is submitted that the order dated 04th March, 2016 shall be kept in abeyance till the passing of the fresh order but the shop in question shall remain sealed till then. This petition is disposed of on the basis of the statement recorded above. If the petitioners are aggrieved by the fresh order to be passed by the North MCD, the petitioners would be at liberty to avail appropriate legal remedies available to them in accordance with law.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under signatures of the Court Master.
