% 22.08.2016 Learned Standing Counsel for Central Government submits that the instalment of Rs.60,000/- payable for the third year has been released to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner confirms the receipt of the third instalment of Rs.60,000/- by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be entitled to three more instalments.

Learned Standing Counsel for Central Government submits on instructions that the petitioner would be entitled to two more instalments subject to the petitioner fulfilling the eligibility criteria. This petition is disposed of.

Respondent No.1 shall ensure that the future instalments are paid to the petitioner within a reasonable time upon petitioner fulfilling the eligibility criteria for its entitlement.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under signatures of the Court Master.
