By way of the present application, the petitioners/applicants pray for the disposal of the present writ petition in terms of the judgement dated 25.07.2011 of this Court in W.P.(C) No. 1595/2011, titled DSSSB & Anr v. Kapil Kumar & Ors.

The aforesaid judgment was, however, challenged before the Supreme Court, registered as CA No. 10081/2014, titled Kapil Kumar v. DSSSB, and the same was disposed of in terms of the judgment of the Supreme Court in Bir Singh v. Delhi Jal Board, (2018) 10 SCC 312. 3.
The learned counsels for the parties jointly submit that the present petition be also disposed of in terms of Bir Singh (supra). 4.
Following the said Judgment of Bir Singh (supra), the writ petition, along with the pending applications, stands disposed of.
