Learned counsel for the respondent has deposited a sum of Rs.2,67,000/- with UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch today. The copy of the cheque along with the reply is handed over and taken on record. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not press this petition except to the extent that if there is any error in the calculation of the amount deposited by the respondent, he shall intimate the same to the respondent's counsel in writing.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to point out the calculation error, if any, whereupon the respondent shall deposit the deficient amount, if any, with UCO Bank in terms of the judgment dated 23rd April, 2015.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
